The hotel was very clean, the location was great and best of all, the customer service was excellent. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
There was lots of construction (it seems like the entire city is under construction though) so we were never able to sleep at 7or 8 am - those jackhammers start early!

This was a very beautiful and new hotel. Very clean and nice rooms with a great equipment for this price. The staff was friendly and helpful even though their English skills could need some improvement.

Good location close to most of the great bars and restaurants. Felt very safe and all the locals were friendly. Good breakfast. Good laundry service. Would recommend for two nights only.
Room very small and damp due to shower/wet room being not properly ventilated. No safe in the room. Very noisy neighbours (loud music and a cockerel that just went on and on all morning). Not good if you need a bit of catchup kip after the night train from Hanoi! Hotel staff have poor English and Maths skills.
